I am an integrative therapist working with complimenting psychotherapy models to explore a person's concerns in a way that is person-centred and non-judgemental. Through a clear understanding of what has contributed to one's present situation, new meanings and awarenesses have a space to develop and in turn provide new insights and perspectives. This new awareness can unearth unacknowledged or neglected inner strengths and personal character that can help navigate daily life. I help clients make sense of and find new meanings within confusing and complex times and plan new ways moving forward when options appear unavailable. Ultimately, if a change in one's life is the goal, this is more likely to occur when a self-directed and more desirable lifestyle seems possible and within reach.
Working with Solution Focused, CBT, Existentialism, and Narrative Therapies my sessions are supportive open spaces to discuss topics that are normally difficult to talk about with others. We can explore behaviours that do not serve you anymore and experiment with new ways of being. Throughout our sessions, we may discuss unhelpful beliefs, habitual behaviours, cyclical relationships, repeating dreams and other psychological states that may be keeping you from a more autonomous lifestyle.
Integrative counselling is a combined approach to psychotherapy that brings together different elements of specific therapies. Integrative therapists take the view that there is no single approach that can treat each client in all situations. Instead, each person is considered as a whole and counselling techniques must be tailored to the individual and their current situation. Contributing factors to the conversation may include personal circumstances, cultural background, individual characteristics, sexual preferences, emotional development, physical abilities, motivation levels, belief systems both religious and personal.

An initial free 30-minute session is available to discuss your situation, ask questions, and for us to get to know each other and discover if I am the most appropriate counsellor for your concerns.
Rates are €50 for 60-minute sessions. Weekly sessions are encouraged for continuity and best results. Online sessions are charged at the same rate. If required, I can provide flexible bi-weekly, monthly, or single sessions as needed.
I am unable to provide German health insurance covered sessions at this time. I provide an invoice which can be used if your health insurance covers private psychotherapy/counselling.
A notice of 24 hours in advance is needed to cancel a session. Cancellation within 24 hours of a session requires the full rate.
